Description: In today’s market the buyer rules and unfortunately we are grouped in with and measured by our worst. In the public’s and the court’s eyes having a risk management system in place is practicing due diligence. Without one it is neglect. When an honest error or mistake is made a risk management system will help you keep a small problem small, have a plan for correcting it and because of the due diligence element – make it a repairable mistake. The same scenario with no risk management system is deemed neglect and cost you your business plus! In addition a risk management system teaches you how to manage your business while keeping risks to minimum and makes you able to prove when the issue is not yours.
