Hops will be a major topic of discussion at this week’s Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ convention in Niagara on the Lake.
As a demonstration of the increasing interest in growing hops in Ontario, OMAFRA has lined up a full-line up of speakers to make presentations on day one of the event on Wed., Feb. 22, 2017, along with the 5th year for the Great Ontario Hopped Craft Beer Challenge – where some of Ontario best craft brewers and hop growers team up and square off to claim the coveted “Bottomless Cup.”
